Who do I help?
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds—from teenagers going through exam stress to older adults facing burnout or managing anxiety later in life.
I offer a space where you won’t be judged or rushed. Whether you’re in school, mid-career, or retired—if anxiety or emotional overwhelm is part of your story, I’m here to help.
How can I help?
Support doesn’t always look the same, and it shouldn’t! I offer different ways to access help, depending on what suits your situation best:
One-to-one sessions (in-person and online)
Group workshops
Workplace sessions for employee well-being or staff mental health support
Tailored sessions for schools or youth groups
