My services.

A flexible approach to calming anxious minds.

What support is right for me?

During our free consultation, we’ll look at how you’re feeling and what might work best for you.

Some people benefit from a blend of techniques, while others find one that they really resonate with. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. The initial stages are all about finding what helps you feel better.

Here’s a little insight into some of the tools and techniques I use:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP explores how your thoughts, language, and behaviours connects. It’s about how small changes in these patterns can shift how you feel. It’s particularly effective for anxiety, confidence issues, and unhelpful or intrusive thought loops.

Hypnotherapy

This is not stage hypnosis. It’s a deeply relaxing and safe process that allows you to access your subconscious mind—a place where old habits, fears, or beliefs may be holding you back. You remain in control the whole time.

Coaching

Coaching gives you space to talk, reflect, and set clear and empowering goals. Whether you’re working through anxiety, life changes, or not feeling good enough, coaching can provide structured support to help you move forward.

Counselling

A confidential space to talk, be heard, and begin to understand your experiences more clearly. There’s no fixing, rushing, or judgement. Counselling is about compassionate listening and gentle guidance.

Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT)

Also knows as ‘tapping’, EFT involves using acupressure points to help release emotional blocks. It can be powerful for reducing anxiety, stress, and even physical symptoms linked to emotional tension.

Havening techniques

Havening uses soothing touch and visualisation to help your brain process and release stored trauma or anxiety. It’s gentle, grounding, and has shown great success in helping people feel safe again.

Guided meditation

These calming sessions gently lead you into a state of relaxation and inner peace. They’re ideal for helping quiet the mind, reduce overwhelm, and connect with a sense of stillness.
